I made this sangria for my annual holiday party and it was a big hit! I'm always worried cocktails and sangria will have an overpowering alcohol flavor, but the apple cider really came through in this. Delicious!
- 2 bottles of pinot grigio
- 5 cups fresh apple cider
- 2 cup club soda
- 1 cup ginger brandy
- 6 honey crisp apples, chopped
- 6 pears, chopped
- Combine all ingredients together and stir, stir, stir. Refrigerate for an hour or so before serving. Makes approx 3 gallons.
