Also, friendly reminder that Shakespeare in the Park is going on and Whitaker Music Festival starts next Wednesday. I love summers in St. Louis.

Seriously though, something about this Memorial Day Weekend feels fresh, exciting, the start of something. I'm not even doing anything too crazy – just headed down to the lake with my parents and cousin – but after the polar vortex of a winter we had, this summer is much much needed.

Willa Weekend

Spending my weekend with my sweet little Willa Mae. I haven't seen her in almost two months and can't wait to see how much she's grown and the personality she's developed. Such a sweetheart.

It should be noted however, my sister texted me tonight to tell me Willa pooped in the bathtub tonight. Twice.
