Coincidence... or fate?

I have had this orange/wood combo saved in my 'inspiration' folder for quite some time, and oddly enough, my house-hunting sister just sent me photos of a potential buy with burnt-orange walls, dark wood floors and molding, and lots of windows. Coincidence... or fate?

(Yes, that was a LOST reference).
